Patricia Kathleen Cote, 66, of Lowell, died Sunday June 26, 2022 at Lowell General Hospital.
She was married to Donald Cote with whom she would have celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on August 21st.
Born in Arlington, MA she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Kathleen Gillis.
She graduated from Burlington High School with the class of 1975.
She retired from Visiting Angels of Chelmsford in January of this year. Pat previously worked at Lahey Medical Center of Burlington.
She loved sports especially hockey, baseball, softball, and basketball. Pat also enjoyed quilting, travelling, spending time with her family, visiting costal Maine, and genealogy.
She is survived by her children, Joseph Cote and his wife Ro-An of Colorado Springs, CO, Andrew Cote of Haverhill, MA, Brandon Cote of Lowell, MA and Karrah Cote of Colorado Springs, CO; as well as her siblings to include Ralph Gillis and his wife Roberta of Pelham, NH, Gerald Gillis of Pelham, NH, Kenneth Gillis and his wife Brenda of Burlington, MA, Priscilla Holden and her husband John of Nashua, NH, Joan Bannon and her husband William of Wilmington, MA, Eileen Dixon of Bonita Springs, FL, and Beverly Gillis of Burlington, MA. She lives on in the memory of her four grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Frederick, Donald, and William Gillis.
