Paul H. Griffin Sr. of Chelmsford formerly of Stoneham

Paul H. Griffin Sr., 88, of Chelmsford formerly of Stoneham died surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at the Lowell General Hospital.
He was married to the late Doris Griffin, who died on February 14, 2010.
Born in Revere, he was the son of the late George E. and Josephine Griffin. He graduated from Revere High School with the class of 1947. Paul earned an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
Paul worked as a chef for Bateman Incorporator of Leominster retiring in 2010. He had previously worked as a chef for Fenway Park, Wonderland, and Amatron.
He was a member of the Melrose Elks Lodge number 1031 and the Shriners’. He enjoyed taking cruises and vacations.
He is survived by his son Paul H. Griffin Jr. of N. Chelmsford; daughter, “Terry” Teryl and her husband, Thomas Watson of Bradford, MA; brother, Harold Griffin of Lynn; sisters, Josephine Cevera of Revere and Marie Foresta of Revere; grandchildren, Thomas Watson Jr., Stephen Watson and his wife, Caitlin; great grandchildren, Steven Watson Jr. and Mason Watson and many nieces and nephews.
He was the brother of the late George Griffin and the great grandfather of Harrison Watson.
