Pauline E. (Chouinard) Ferreira of Chelmsford

Pauline E. (Chouinard) Ferreira, 73, of Chelmsford died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at the Fairhaven Healthcare Center in Lowell peacefully surrounded by her family.

She was married to John C. Ferreira Jr. with whom she celebrated their 32^nd wedding anniversary on August 11, 2018, sharing many years of fun and laughter.

Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Cecile Chouinard. She graduated from Lowell High School with the class of 1963.

Pauline worked for the Town and Country Health Care Center of Lowell, the office of Dr. Guilford Drake of Chelmsford and the Market Basket of Chelmsford.

She was a communicant of St. Anthony Church of Lowell and St. Mary Church of Chelmsford.

Pauline enjoyed gardening, camping, motorcycling and seeing antique cars. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed the holidays and decorating her home for all to enjoy. She was a member of the National Street Rod Association.

Besides her husband, she is survived by her son, Kenneth Jr. and his wife, Jeanne Gilman of Chelmsford; her daughter and best friend, Denise Gilbride and her husband, John Jr. of Dunstable; a stepson, John III and his wife, Diana Ferreira of Lowell; a sister, Theresa and her husband, Raymond Belanger of Lowell; five grandchildren, Kyle Gilman, Cassidy and Jonathan Gilbride, Christopher and Rylee Ferreira and many nieces and nephews.

She was the sister of the late Robert Chouinard and Suzanne “Cookie” Chouinard.

Visiting hours Sun. 2 to 6 P.M. Funeral Mon. at 10 A.M. from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 11 A.M. at St. Mary Church, 25 North Rd., Chelmsford.
