Normand LeDuc, age 88, of Tyngsboro, MA died Monday May 30, 2022 at Lowell General Hospital.
He was married to Jeanne LeDuc with whom he celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary on April 28th.
Born in Lowell he was the son of the late Armand and Rose LeDuc. He was raised in Lowell as the youngest of 10 children and attended St. Joseph High School.
He proudly served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Following his service, Normand was a meat cutter for Lowell Provision. He later retired from Hanscom Air Force Base in 1994 where he was also a meat cutter. Normand’s hobbies included carpentry, creating crafts from stained glass, and gardening. He enjoyed swimming at the YMCA in Lowell. Normand also loved traveling to Florida, but above all else he relished spending time with his friends and family.
Besides his wife he is survived by his son James LeDuc of Maynard, MA, his daughter Lisa O’Beirne of Nashua, NH, and his granddaughter Keely O’Beirne.
Private services will be held.
