Uncle Ray…I will always cherish the memories made at your home for pool parties as well as the intense volleyball games amongst cousins and aunts and uncles. You created a home that was always so inviting and made to create lasting traditions.
I will always remember calling you Uncle “Boxer”. Meme convinced me that was your real name until I was old enough to know better. You will be missed .
To tante Elaine, Derek, Lance, and Keith…
Your father build a legacy of family and always emphasized the importance of bringing family together. I remember as meme and Pepe were declining in health, Uncle Ray was always willing to make time to come and bring them to appointments or bring them food. I believe that is what I will remember most about him. It was emphasis on being there for those he loved.
Your father was the Epitome of the teaching of Jesus when he taught…

“But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
    1 Timothy 5:8
