As I sit here an think of what to say I don’t even know where to begin. First an for most Pa I’m so thankful I’ve been lucky enough to call you my grandfather for the last 25 years of my life. Unfortunately your the first loved one close to me that I have to say goodbye to but I promise to cherish all of the memories we have had together through the years! There won’t be a day that goes by that I don’t think of you an wish I still had you here. You were such a down to earth, kind hearted, an genuine person Pa. I wouldn’t trade you for anyone else to call my grandfather. Through good an bad ups and downs I knew you were always a phone call away or a shoulder to cry on. You lived your life to the fullest, enjoyed every second, minute of it an I know you went with no regrets! I promise to watch over Nana for you an take care of her as best as I can. I couldn’t begin to thank you for everything you both have done for me, there’s no words to explain how thankful an grateful I am for the both of you! I will live each day as if you are still here with us. Your comfortable an at peace now, just promise to watch over us. Just know life doesn’t last forever Pa but love certainly does. I will miss you more than you know but our memories are worth a life time! I love you today, tomorrow, always an forever.
