Roger A. Gregoire, 86, of Pepperell, MA formerly of N. Chelmsford died Tuesday April 4, 2017 at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH after a long illness.
He was the husband of Jacqueline (Boucher) Gregoire with whom he celebrated their 59th wedding anniversary on June 30th.
Born on April 18, 1930 in Lowell, MA, he was the son of the late Sylvio and Eva Gregoire. He grew up in Lowell and attended St. Louis School. He served in the Army National Guard.
Roger worked as an Assembler at General Motors of Framingham for over 27 years before retiring in 1992.
He was a resident of N. Chelmsford for over 20 years before moving to Pepperell in 1997.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Jeannine Gregoire of Pepperell; one grandson, John Sliger and his wife Laura of Chelmsford, MA; great grandson John Sliger III; three brohers, Maurice Gregoire of Claremont, FL, Ronald Gregoire of Dracut, MA and Paul Gregoire and his wife, Danielle of Rochester, NY; a sister, Lorraine Williams and her husband, James of Middletown, OH and many nieces and newphews.
He was predeceased by his Brother Gerald Gregoire. There are no visiting hours. Funeral Thursday at 10:00 a.m. in the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME 106 MIDDLESEX ST. CHELMSFORD,MA.
