Theresa M. (Bouchard) (Sullivan) Patrie, 90, of Chelmsford died Monday March 19, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
She was married to the late Warren Patrie, who died on September 8, 1981.
Born in Lowell, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Gertrude Bouchard.
Theresa worked at the Wang Laboratories on Pawtucket Boulevard in Lowell. She had previously worked at the Lowell Dress Company.
She was a communicant of St. John the Evangelist Church.
Theresa was a member of the Best Fitness Club of Lowell until age eighty nine. She enjoyed cooking and sharing her cooking with her neighbors. Theresa was a proud longtime resident of Chelmsford.
She is survived by her son, James Sullivan of Lowell; daughters, Linda and her husband, John Welch of Nashua, Patricia Cawley of Lowell and Joyce Sullivan of Nashua; ten grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren; fourteen great-great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
She was the wife of the late James Sullivan, the mother of the late Jamie Sullivan, the grandmother of the late James C. Sullivan and the sister of the late Arthur, Lawrence, Raymond, and Albert Bouchard and the late Gertrude Tgibedes.
Her visitation will be Fri. from 11:30A.M. to 12:30P.M. at the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, followed by a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial at 1P.M. at St. John the Evangelist Church in N. Chelmsford, MA. Burial in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford. Memorials may be made in her name to the Circle Health Greater Lowell VNA Hospice, 847 Rogers St., Lowell, MA 01852 or to the Chelmsford Food Bank, Chelmsford Community Exchange, Inc., PO Box 394, Chelmsford, MA 01824.
